14-Day Return Policy

We offer a hassle-free 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Not Eligible for Return

  • • Worn or used items
  • • Items without original tags or packaging
  • • Customized or personalized products
  • • Sale items marked as "Final Sale"
  • • Items damaged due to misuse

How to Return an Item

Initiate Return Request

Contact us via email at returns@sneakershop.bg or through our contact form. Include your order number and reason for return.

Receive Return Authorization

We'll send you a return authorization number and instructions within 24 hours.

Pack Your Item

Carefully pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the return authorization number inside the package.

Ship Your Return

Send the package to the address provided. We recommend using a tracked shipping service. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective.

Receive Your Refund

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

Refund Policy

Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 3-5 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Refund Method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. If you paid by card, the refund will be credited to that card. Cash payments will be refunded via bank transfer.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, partial refunds may be granted for items that show signs of use or are missing components. We'll notify you before processing a partial refund.

Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability.

Exchange Process

Follow the same return process, but indicate in your return request that you'd like an exchange. Once we receive your return, we'll ship the new item immediately.

Size Exchanges

If you need a different size, we'll exchange at no additional cost if the item is in stock. If there's a price difference, we'll adjust accordingly.

Defective or Damaged Items

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately. We'll arrange for a free return and send you a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs.

Important:

Please inspect your order upon delivery and report any defects or damage within 48 hours for the fastest resolution.
